Credetemi, ho fatto veramente fatica a leggere i numeri del bando di gara (GARA – ID 2028 – ID SUAFF: 98542), purtroppo è tutto vero.
Quando dicevo che i famosi 650 milioni che aveva annunciato il Sindaco non sarebbero bastati e che sarebbero lievitati ad almeno un miliardo, di certo non immaginavo € 7.432.700.000,00.
Non so cos’altro pensare, intanto qualcuno già si sta sfregando le mani. Prevedo tante manette da qui ai prossimi 10 anni.
