Oggi in Aula il copione è stato chiaro: chi governa il Municipio X e la Capitale ha deciso che gli alberi si possono tagliare e che il cemento deve avanzare. La nostra mozione, che proponeva soluzioni alternative concrete e sostenibili per la realizzazione del parcheggio P2 della Stazione Acilia Sud-Dragona, è stata bocciata senza esitazione.
Il Movimento 5 Stelle non ha mai messo in discussione la necessità dei parcheggi P1 e P2, utili per i cittadini e il buon funzionamento della stazione. Ma il progetto attuale è un disastro annunciato: un taglio indiscriminato di alberi di pregio e la cementificazione selvaggia di un’area che poteva essere ripensata con intelligenza.
Noi abbiamo portato proposte serie: dal recupero dell’ex rimessaggio Atac, trasformabile in un parcheggio verde e attrezzato, alla possibilità di ricavare stalli sotto i ponti di Dragona, fino a interventi intelligenti su via Bepi Romagnoni riducendo lo spartitraffico e realizzando stalli a pettine lungo tutto il perimetro. Tutte soluzioni praticabili, sostenibili e rispettose dell’ambiente.
La maggioranza, invece, si è limitata a chinare il capo. Ha preferito seguire il diktat calato dall’alto dall’Assessora Segnalini, letto in Aula dal presidente della commissione lavori pubblici e mobilità municipale, senza nemmeno provare a difendere il territorio che dovrebbe rappresentare. Risultato: saranno salvati appena 25 alberi, mentre il resto sarà abbattuto e coperto di asfalto.
È l’ennesima dimostrazione che chi governa oggi Roma e il Municipio X non ascolta i cittadini, non tutela l’ambiente e non ha il coraggio di assumere decisioni autonome. Il Municipio aveva chiesto di rivedere il progetto, ma senza avere la minima idea alternativa: alla prova dei fatti, si è inginocchiato davanti a Roma Capitale e ha detto sì al cemento.
Noi non ci stiamo. Abbiamo avuto il coraggio di proporre, di discutere e di difendere il territorio. La maggioranza, invece, ha scelto la via della resa. Una resa che pagheranno i cittadini, con più degrado, meno verde e un quartiere sempre più ostaggio di scelte miopi e dannose.
