Nella seduta del Consiglio Municipio X di oggi, è stata approvata la nostra mozione per il reperimento dei fondi necessari alla progettazione e alla realizzazione della pista ciclabile di via Pernier e per le opere di riqualificazione che tengano conto anche della sicurezza stradale e dell’abbattimento delle barriere architettoniche. Durante la nostra consiliatura M5S, abbiamo avviato un percorso di implementazione riguardante le piste ciclabili sul nostro territorio, mettendole in rete tra loro. Questo percorso ci ha portato alla realizzazione della pista ciclabile sul Lungomare di Roma, alla manutenzione della ciclabile di Ostia Ponente finanziandone il prolungamento sul Lungomare Amerigo Vespucci, alla messa a norma di quella esistente tra Piazzale Giuliano da Sangallo e Piazza Scipione Africano, alla realizzazione di una pista ciclabile che colleghi Ostia Antica ad Ostia. Nell’ambito di questa programmazione, in continuità con le piste ciclabili realizzate durante l’amministrazione Raggi e l’approvazione del PUMS, riteniamo di fondamentale importanza servire anche i quartieri dell’entroterra dove la conformazione urbanistica lo consenta. Il nostro atto, approvato oggi in Consiglio, va proprio in questa direzione: realizzare una pista ciclabile in Via Luigi Pernier nel quartiere Longarina che, collegandosi alla esistente in Via di Castelfusano, è utilissima per consentire ai cittadini di raggiungere il Mare di Roma o la Stazione Metromare di Ostia Antica in piena sicurezza. Ad oggi, la pista di via Pernier è dunque il tassello ad incastro mancante nella rete di ciclabili del territorio, rete che costituisce il concretizzarsi dell’obiettivo di mobilità sostenibile proprio del PNRR e del PUMS di Roma. In fase di variazione di bilancio capitolino, la maggioranza aveva perso l’opportunità di finanziare il progetto ma ora ha una chance: per evitare che ciò che si è costruito finora vada perduto e al fine di perseguire al meglio gli obiettivi del PNRR, siamo soddisfatti per l’approvazione e l’impegno del Consiglio ma devono seguire azioni concrete di reperimento fondi per la progettazione. Non vogliamo che questo atto consiliare cada nel dimenticatoio, così come accaduto per tanti altri documenti M5S che ci sono stati approvati.
